Classic Film Friday: Adam's Rib

Here we have a Spencer Tracy and Katherine Hepburn classic. The two are married to each other and they're lawyers. Meanwhile a lady finds her husband cheating and she decides to take matters into her own hands and shoots her husband.

Hepburn takes the wife's side while Tracy plays the District Attorney prosecuting the wife. And it goes downhill from there. It funny thing is they can both be right or wrong, depending on who's line of thinking you take. Also, it has Marvin Kaplan, who starred in Alice as Henry, he's the court stenographer. Watch for him. Anyway this movie has many angles and for 1949, it seems far ahead of it's time. So who wears the pants in your family?
