"Suicidal"

My 13-year-old has a project that's due and it is on the 80's. We filled out everything almost without looking anything up. I'm a child of the late 70's and 80's after all. Then my daughter asked me about suicide and heavy metal.

I referred her to this video. Though not exactly from the 80's, it still stands as a good reference.




Don't you think? I'm talking on all kinds of levels. The labeling of heavy metal as "bad" or "satanic", the record companies willing to allow that image to make more money on heavy metal acts because of it, And others as well. This is a good song, if for nothing else to remind us that not so long ago, everybody had their fingers in our pie...
